$100,000 Grants Given to Kevin Locke, Michael Sommers and Mary Louise Defender Wilson

June 15, 2009—

The Bush Foundation today introduced its 2009 Bush Artist Fellows at an event at the Southern Theater in Minneapolis. Each of the 15 fellows, chosen from a competitive field of 414 applicants, will receive a total of $50,000 in unrestricted funds and professional development support.

The Bush Foundation awarded Bush Medical Fellowships for 2009 to 13 physicians who seek to have a greater impact on the health of the communities they serve.
